Live Translator- Spanish and Portugese

Hello!
We manufacture healthcare software that detect various diseases within a few minutes. We have deployed our software across hospitals in Latin American countries. We need a translator who would translate our software user explanation in English to the doctors in Spanish/Portuguese and help us understand their queries/suggestions from Spanish/Portuguese in English. Initially it will be a live zoom conversation and then it will be on-site when my manager visits these countries. Please revert back if interested!
