job Description
Be responsible for meeting coordination with the parties from Japan & Hong Kong.
Making presentation materials by Powerpoint, Word and Excel in Japanese, Chinese and English.
Conduct and lead translation between Cantonese and Japanese in both online & face to face meetings.
Attend the event, such as food & beverage related show if necessary.
Analyzation, research, coordination and communication with related parties, such as Japan side and Hong Kong side.
Requirements:
JLPTN1 or above, who wants to brash up own Japanese skill in many Native Japanese staff environment.
Business level in English both oral and written.
Good command of Mandarin and Native Cantonese are required.
Familiar of Japanese culture. Working experience of Japanese company is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree holder is advantage.
Good at Word, Excel and Powerpoint is required.
Sincere, self-management, team work and good communication skill
