I have an Italian video that requires translation and subtitling into English. The video is of an unspecified length and subject matter.

Requirements:
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Skilled in video subtitling
- Ability to understand and convey the video's tone and context in the translation

Note: I do not have a transcription of the video. You will need to transcribe, translate, and subtitle the video. Experience with similar projects is a plus.
