I have some video files which contain a mixture of languages such as English, Hokkien and Chinese.
I need them to be first typed out in following:-
Hokkien - HANYU PINYIN with translation into english below it. Example as follow:-

[Translation: What are you doing]
Chinese - Chinese character to be typed out in simplified chinese then translation into english below it. Example as follow:
[00:12] Man 1: 你在干嘛？
[Translation: What are you doing?]
I am looking for a Singaporean/Malaysian transcriber Translator.
