English (UK) technical document proofreading -- 2

I need someone with excellent British English skills to proofread a 5,000 words technical document (related to carbon offsetting).

Technical terms are OK, main focus on normal English usage and grammar required.

I would like to have a rate per word or per page. Two pages excerpt included as an overview of the task.
