English to Portuguese translation of a newspaper paragraph

We are looking for a native Arabic translator to translate an opinion editorial of about 880 words, to be published in an online business newspaper. The translator should be able to write a commentary/journalistic style that allows for an easy reading flow, and have a basic understanding of the terminology in the field of economic policy. Previous experience as a journalist covering economic or environmental issues is desirable.
