English to Indonesia translator for a series of documents and business meetings

Hi there!
We are looking for a translator and interpreter between Indonesia and English. We are working on a web development project and some of our associates and team members are Indonesia who are not fluent in English.
We require someone who will occasionally attend our meetings for project planning and make sure the communication and project details are 100% clear to everybody.
Basic knowledge of programming and web development will be preferred due to the nature of the projects. Please write the word FUTURE in your proposal to make sure you read all of this information.
Occasionally we will ask you to translate and deliver documents to communicate with all our associates.
Please include samples of previous projects or a portfolio and your best rates.
