Create Arabic / Mandarin SRT file

I have an English video that is 7 minutes and I need an SRT file from you in Arabic and one in Chinese.
I have the translations from English to Arabic and English to Chinese.
I need the SRT files back with the correct encoding.
The SRT files will be used on Vimeo.
