Convert Italian language course materials (Word) into SCORM e-learning modules

I’m looking for an experienced e-learning developer who can help me convert two Italian language courses (for beginners) into interactive SCORM packages.

I already have all the course content written in Word documents: explanations, vocabulary, dialogues, exercises, etc. What I need is someone who can structure this content into 2 complete online courses using an authoring tool and export them as SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 modules.

The courses should:
• Be visually attractive and interactive
• Include basic navigation and user-friendly design
• Allow insertion of quizzes, exercises, and activities
• Possibly include audio for dialogues (you can use AI voices if needed – in Italian)
• Be compatible with Moodle or other LMS platforms

Please include in your proposal:
• Examples of previous SCORM work (language courses preferred)
• Which tool you plan to use
• Timeframe to complete
• Your fee (for 2 complete SCORM courses)
