Client Success & Sales Representative (Italian-speaking)

We are an AI solutions agency helping local businesses in Italy streamline operations, improve customer engagement, and increase revenue with cutting-edge AI tools (AI receptionists, websites, automations, etc.).
We’re looking for a fluent Italian-speaking freelancer who can act as our client-facing representative. You will be responsible for communicating with business owners, understanding their needs, presenting our services, and helping us close deals.
Responsibilities
Communicate with potential Italian clients via phone, video call, email, or chat.
Understand the client’s business situation, pain points, and requirements.
Present and explain our AI solutions in a clear and persuasive way.
Answer questions, handle objections, and build trust with prospects.
Work closely with our internal team to relay client requirements.
Support in closing deals and ensuring smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
Native or fluent Italian speaker (C2 or equivalent).
Good command of English to communicate with our internal team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in sales, client relations, or account management preferred.
Ability to build rapport with local business owners.
Reliable, professional, and self-motivated.
Nice to Have
Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or tech services.
Experience working with international teams.
Understanding of Italian local business culture.
