Chinese to English Document Translation

I have two documents that I need accurately translated from Chinese to English. Need high quality and accurate human translation only. The translation should be accurate and good sounding for English speaking people. Google or software/AI translations are not allowed and will be rejected. The formatting and layout should be similar to the source file. You need to deliver the translation in a word document.
