Chinese Business Brochure: Design and Translation

Hi There, I have numerous documents that needs translating from English to Mandarin. It also requires some designing work to align the translation along with images and make it suitable for a brochure that will be printed. I am in Property business, so translation and look of the final materials needs to look like very professionally executed as it will transpire to a high end brochure. I am attaching some examples and also required documents that needs to be fully translated. First 3 documents are examples only, no need to do anything. Our branding has now changed from Lucror Property to Vanilla Property Group. 4th document is our logo, that needs to be used in all communications. From Document no 5, everything needs to be fully in mandarin translation keeping the design of the documents as is. I couldn't attached more than 10 docs here, so there are more that needs to be sent over messages.













My project needs a skilled, English-speaking designer fluent in Chinese to create a professional and engaging brochure for Chinese business professionals. The brochure will be both physically printed and digitally available. Its content is mainly centred around product descriptions.
