Chat, call and email support agent in Greek

About us:
We are a developing online shop. A team of young and energetic people, who would like to welcome new members with some experience in customer support in English/Greek language (candidates with knowledge in further languages are welcome: English/Italian / Romanian / Hungarian.

Project overview:
We're looking for a customer support agent to provide professional and friendly service through our email and live-chat channels. This person should have a passion for helping others and be able to stay calm under pressure.
