As a Mandarin/ Cantonese -Speaking Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding PCL's presence in the Chinese market. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients and facilitate communication between our teams and prospective clients in China. This will involve summarizing complex HR documents into simplified Mandarin to ensure clear understanding and collaboration.

- Communicate effectively in Mandarin/ Cantonese to understand client needs and address inquiries.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin/ Cantonese with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidate should be located in Canada or China.
- 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst in the IT field.
- Strong understanding of Chinese business culture and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
