The requirements:
1) You should be able to respond for confirmation the task within 1-2 hours. I prefer people that have installed Upwork app on their mobile.
2) To be positive person, willing to work, to provide quality. To accept all types of files (word, pdf, etc), to respect deadline.
3) To be able to respect formatting of the text as in the original.
