Every page must be transcribed exactly as written—capturing headings, bullet points, tables, and any unique formatting—while correcting obvious spelling slips only when the meaning is unmistakable.

Because the notes will be incorporated into official reports, consistency in spelling, punctuation, and section hierarchy is critical. I expect the final files delivered in an editable format (Word or Google Docs) with the original page breaks mirrored and a simple table of contents inserted for quick reference.

Fluency in both English and Amharic is non-negotiable; you’ll be jumping between the two languages throughout the text. If a portion is illegible, flag it clearly so I can review.
