Transcription

Need someone to type into MS Word contents of handwritten notes and journals. I will scan and email the pages to you for you to transcribe. You will need the capability to enlarge the handwritten page on your screen because sometimes the writing is small. Several different projects. Will pay based on a rate per typed page, assuming 12 pt. Times Roman font (as I desire), with one inch margins at top, bottom and sides of page. Normally, there are about 500 words per page. For example, if a document has 10,000 words in it, then that would be about 20-pages. I have hundreds of pages to do, maybe thousands. I seek 2-3 transcriptionists, and based on satisfactory initial work I may have additional work to do. I will start by sending each person a project of about 100 handwritten pages to type. Transcriptionists should know good English because may need to understand syntax. Within each page, formatting should approximately follow what I send you. Often abbreviations will need to be understood and typed-out in full. I'll be available by email for questions. Also, for possible later projects, please let me know if you can transcribe audio recordings and the format you'd like them in. Please gave me a bid at price per page of finished, typed document.
