Transcript and translate Bengali to English

I am looking for a freelancer who can transcribe and translate a Bengali audio/video file into English. The project involves a file that is between 30 minutes to 1 hour in length. The transcription and translation do not need to be time-coded. I would prefer the project to be completed within a week.
