Transcribe Videos of Hearings

I need someone to transcribe hearings from a town meeting. The meetings each last about 2 hours and there are 4 meetings.

I will need a statement from whoever does the transcriptions as these documents will be used in court. In other words, you need to have some qualification like a court reporter for this project as your credentials will be submitted to the court along with the document that you transcribed.
