Short Audio Transcription with Background Noise

I have an audio file with a duration of less than an hour. The audio quality is generally clear, but there's some background noise present. The audio involves more than 3 speakers.

I need an experienced transcriber who can accurately transcribe the audio while taking into account the background noise and multiple speakers. You should be able to clearly identify and differentiate between each speaker's dialogue. This project requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent listening skills.
