Interview Transcription for Single Mothers' Guidebook

I'm in the process of writing a guidebook for single mothers, filled with insights from various sole mothers. Currently, I have approximately 2 hours of recorded interviews that need transcribing, with the possibility of more in the future.

At this stage, I'm estimating around 4 hours of work.

Transcription Requirements:
- Format: All interviews need to be transcribed into Microsoft Word.
- Style: A verbatim transcription is necessary.
- Content: Transcriptions should include theme titles and specific subjects. For example, 'Theme: Children Subject: Screens'.

Ideal Skills & Experience:

- Listening skills and attention to detail
- Ability to identify and label themes and subjects in the content
- Previous experience with interview transcription would be helpful
