Hand writing a 2000 word letter and mailing it, letter is already composed just transcribe and send

I am looking for someone to handwrite a 2000 word letter and mail it for me. The letter is already composed and ready to be proofed and transcribed. I have no preference for the handwriting style just very neat and easy to read. I only need some additional services such as sealing the letter and buying a stamp, but sending it via registered mail is not necessary.
