Filipino to English Transcription needed

We have a audio file of 140 minutes in Filipino language which needs to be transcripted into English. This audio is about interview of banking related study. We will pay USD50 for the transcription. Please note we do not accept machine transcription and no payment will be made if machine transcription is delivered.
