Experienced Transcribers Needed

I'm looking for skilled transcribers with experience in converting clear and audible content into written text. The task will be to listen to audio files, and type (transcribe) what you hear using British/US spelling standards. Some labeling of segments is required. Elements transcribed include speech (sometimes frequently overlapping), background noises, and music. No translation is required in this position. The transcription must be completed according to a set of guidelines that you will be provided upon acceptance.

Ideal Skills:

• 35 WPM typing speed preferred
• Strong language skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for punctuation, grammar, and spelling, and an ear for different English-language accents
• Ability to learn and adapt to our client’s style guide and written domain conventions
• Strong research skills for accurate spelling of names, locations, and products
• Ability to meet deadlines
