Data transformation from PDF to excel plus minor pivot tables (Very easy to do once the data is transformed)

I have credit card statements that come in email from Jan to Nov (Email PDF) that require some data transformation (move from PDF to excel) and creating reports. I need someone to quote me a flat rate fee not hourly rate.
There is also online access for the credit card reports that have limited data back to Oct 21st in excel format that has slightly different column names than the PDF format. The online system allows access to data only

The PDF monthly statement is generated on the 28th of every month. So the Nov PDF Statement that was generated 28th of Nov will be missing few days in Nov. Also the statement that was generated in Jan 2023 will have few days of Dec 2022 data.

Each PDF credit card statements has on average 6 pages of transactions and each page contains average 25 rows so while this is an estimate, we have about 150 transaction per month as the per the excel I was able to download from the online system


1- PDF Credit Card Statements that has data from Jan until Nov (Each Statement has primary account and secondary account holder). The statement is generated on the 28th of every months so Jan Statement has some dates for 2022, we can ignore 2022 data. For Nov, we will provide separately the missing data in an excel format coming from the online access with similar logic as the below - some tweaks maybe needed to take the excel sheet and make it in the same format as below. The online system generates slightly different format as follows in the attached sample sheet from the secondary card holder

2- Remove all entry from the credit card pdf into an excel sheet (Adding a column for primary vs. Secondary and adding another column for debit/credit. The credit amount should be negative)
3- Credit card statements (Rows that have either payments or credit have a CR at the end to show that was was a credit). Again The return for a credit card or payment should show as a credit and The credit amount should be negative
4- The data should be separated as it is separated in the PDF (Transaction Date, Posting Date, Description, and Amount and we will add the two extra columns Primary or Secondary and debit/credit.

I need pivot table to report the following
1- Remove the payment as a filter on Description since it shows in the Description as a payment.
2- Monthly spend (this includes any credit that indicated return (Not the payment)) Group the monthly spend together by month showing month by month spend so we are starting from Jan through end of Nov (Our focus is going to be on transaction date not posting date)

We should have one pivot table for both and one pivot table for each credit card holder
