Detailed Transcription from Multi-Speaker Voice Recording

I'm seeking a highly skilled transcriptionist to convert voice recording of a meeting that lasted for 3 hours than into a detailed narrative written format. The meeting involved a considerable number of speakers i.e more than four speakers.
