Create a checklist based on interview

I need to someone to listen/watch a video of an hour long interview and convert it into a list of task the interviewee completed on the path to achieve their business success. I have examples of what I need. I did this task myself manually on a previous interview.

For this task I would like someone to listen to another interview that I have for someone named Isa and create the "tic sheet".
