Challenging Psychiatrist Progress Notes Transcription
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am in need of someone who can transcribe very bad, handwritten progress notes by a psychiatrist. The notes are not very legible and will require careful interpretation. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Proven experience in transcription
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with medical terminology, specifically psychiatric terminology
- Excellent English language skills
The final transcriptions should be provided in a Word document. Please expect to work with approximately 10-12 full handwritten pages, which is approximately 60 small, very similar notes. I will provide an example for you to try.
