Add punctuation to English text

I have 20 transcriptions from videos, the longest is around 1000 words, most are shorter. All that is required is to add punctuation, full stops and comers really. There are links to the videos as well, you might find it easier to listen to the videos as you add the punctuation. One of them is at https://youtu.be/3T2H2n-8ziM and I have attached the transcription here so you get an idea of what is required. It is important not to add paragraphs just the punctuation.
