Half-Day Anti-Racism Workshop
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I’m looking for an established provider who can supply a complete, in-person anti-racism training package that I can run for a client here on site. The session needs to accommodate 20–50 participants in a single room and fit comfortably into a half-day slot (approximately three to four hours, including breaks).
The content should already exist and be field-tested; I’m not asking for something built from scratch, only light tailoring to align examples and language with my client’s sector. Evidence-based material, interactive activities, and practical take-aways are must-haves, as the client is focused on actionable learning rather than theory alone.
Deliverables I expect:
• Facilitator guide with timed agenda, discussion prompts, and de-brief notes
• Slide deck (PowerPoint or Google Slides) branded to the client’s colours
• Participant workbook/handouts ready for print and digital distribution
• Short pre- and post-session evaluation forms
• Follow-up resource list for continued learning
I will handle venue, tech, and on-the-day facilitation; your task is to supply the package, walk me through any nuances, and stand by for one round of minor revisions once my client has reviewed the materials.
