English to Vietnamese Translation

I am looking for an English to Vietnamese translator who has expertise in Vietnamese culture. The content to be translated is of a general nature and has a length of 500-2000 words. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Vietnamese culture and be able to accurately translate the content while maintaining its original meaning and tone. Experience in translating general content is preferred.
