Chinese Consultant Verification

Hi, I need a lawyer from China to check an ID card and be sure the Consultant I am hiring from off-shore has been Verified as much as possible. This includes:

- Checking Name, Directory of existence
- Checking that the Address matches the one I was provided in English, checking Street Maps or more to ensure it's an actual address.
- Checking any ID available to prove that the individual is real.

More suggestions are possible; we can also get into further Legal work like Contracts.
