Italian Paint Shop Availability Calls

I need someone based in Italy, fluent on the phone, to ring a handful of paint shops in Spilimbergo, Udine and Venice and find out whether they stock – or can mix on demand – a custom paint colour I’m after.

At the moment I have no fixed formula; I’ll give you the best description and reference images I have, and I’d like your help refining that into something clear enough to relay to the shop technicians. Once that brief is ready, you’ll speak with each store, confirm if they can reproduce the shade, note any minimum-order quantities, lead-times and price, and capture the name of the staff member you spoke with.

Please return:
• A short written brief of the colour description we agree on
• A table summarising each shop’s response (store name, city, contact person, phone number, answer, cost / turnaround, extra comments)
• Any follow-up recommendations if none of the shops can help

Italian language skills and a confident telephone manner are essential; no in-person visits are required. I’d like the calls and summary completed within three working days of project start.
