Phone Customer Sales & Support Specialist for Czech market (+SK)

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Phone Customer Sales and Support Specialist focused on the Czech market. Candidates who also speak Slovak will be given preference.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Czech (and Slovak) and have previous experience in phone call sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone.
About the work:
Engage with customers to provide product information, answer questions, and guide them through the purchase process.
Customer care and sales over the telephone.
