Outbound calls in Chinese.

We need a Chinese mandarine speaker who is fluent in english to make outbound calls to negotiate pricing and coordinate with us on the process.
This is not a cold calling or selling. Its about inquiring about product and negotiate pricing for buying.
Also, this is not a manufacture inquiry and clients is not based in china but individuals living in north america. the call needs to be made between 9am-5pm est time Us/canada.
