Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I have a draft of a technical book that now needs a professional polish. I am looking for an editor who can refine the language, verify the accuracy and clarity of technical terminology, and ensure consistent formatting throughout the manuscript. You will be working directly in the Word file, using Track Changes so I can review every adjustment.
Here’s what I expect from the collaboration:
• A fully edited document with all changes visible in Track Changes, plus a clean, ready-to-publish version.
• Brief margin comments or a separate note explaining any substantial edits or suggestions for improving flow, logic, or structure.
• Close attention to citations, figures, and tables so everything aligns with common technical-publishing standards.
I will supply the manuscript immediately upon awarding the project and will welcome any questions along the way. Please tell me about your experience editing technical material and your typical turnaround time so we can agree on a schedule that works for both of us.
