We need a proficient Online Bidder who can identify and secure project opportunities through various platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Identify potential clients and projects through online bidding platforms.
2.Develop and submit proposals that meet the client's needs and expectations.
3.Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
4.Build and maintain strong client relationships.
5.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
1.Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the IT industry.
2.Strong understanding of bidding portals and business development strategies.
3.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4.Ability to work independently and meet targets.
5.Familiarity with various project domains like software development, web development, mobile applications, etc.
Payout:
This role is strictly on a commission basis. The selected candidate will receive a competitive commission for every project successfully acquired and delivered. Detailed commission rates will be discussed during the interview.
