Internal Manual Content Restructuring
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
Our internal manual is sitting in a single Word document, and the information no longer flows in a logical way. I need you to pull it apart and rebuild its structure so it reads clearly from start to finish.
I already have a rough idea of the new sections and the order they should appear, but it is only a basic outline. Your role will be to translate that outline into a solid hierarchy of headings, sub-headings, and cross-references, trimming or moving paragraphs where needed so each topic is self-contained yet connected to the next.
Grammar-level edits are not required; the focus is purely on reorganising the existing content and shaping a consistent narrative. You may, however, tweak transitional phrases where relocating text makes them feel out of place.
Deliverable:
• A single, fully restructured Word file ready for internal review, with track changes left on so we can trace every move.
