I need a lawyer based in Italy. I have had a problem with a purchase I made on eBay, where the sender (based in Rome) sent it to a wrong address in UK, (I live in Norway) and eBay doesn’t take responsibility because in one of my messages with the seller I asked him to declare lower value than the real value to avoid paying so much custom taxes. Now I am on a position where I have lost my money (8400€) and I haven’t received the item purchased. The seller received the item a few days ago but claims that he has received an empty box, with a brick and an old jacket.
