Portugese educating interpretation

We have build an app in Portugese that we are currently scaling to other countries in Portugese. We have translated all the app content as well as our customers coms in English and are now looking to translate everything in Portugese, Brazilian Portugese and Romance language.

We are looking for a one off translation of all of our content (doc attached) and, if the fit is right on each side, we would also require ongoing assistance to translate changes as we go.
