Chinese and English subtitles needed

I have,in total,32 videos,and each is less than 1minute. Looking for someone to provide Chinese subtitles and English translation from audio. You can let me know how much this would cost,also.
I’m making blog posts on news regarding sports including ping pong, basketball, boxing, mixed martial arts, tennis, and even professional wrestling in China and other parts of Asia and I would like to have research done for each of these aforementioned fitness/sports topics in both English and Chinese.
