Transcript and translate

I have some videos in spanish and portuguese, and I need to transcript and translate them, spanish - portuguese and portuguese to spanish.

Each video has 1 o 2 hrs duration. We have aprox 7 hours of video per moth.

If it is possible, we need the transcription prepared to insert it as subtitle.
