Airbnb Property Manager for 35 Units

We are looking to hire a full time property manager that has experience with Airbnb, Vrbo and customer service for 35 rental units we currently manage. This is a job that requires to be available anytime any of the guests have a request, which can be at almost anytime, so schedule will need to be flexible. We are looking for someone who is fluent in english and spanish because they will need to communicate with our cleaning crew, and handyman, and some don't speak english. We are going to offer a flat fee salary for these services per month starting at $600 for these services ( salary can increase based on skills and how well we work together). We already have and pay for some technology that makes the job and communication a bit easier with automatic messages including SmartBnb and BeyondPricing. Tasks that we would need manage include
- guest communication 24/7
-setting up claims in case there is damage
-writing up invoices to outside clients
-writing up monthly invoices to management clients
-coordinating cleanings
-coordinate handyman repairs
-make tax payments on behalf of owners
-monthly maintenance checklist
