Tattoo workshop

I have a workshop in Portuguese about tattooing techniques, and I need to translate and subtitle it from Portuguese (Portugal) to US English and Spanish. the workshop is divided into 2 modules the first one has 1h of video and the second has 1:30h. I'm looking for a professional to subtitle and translate the video so I can sell it in different languages
