Chinese Textile Supplier Sourcing
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
I need a merchandiser based in China who can speak, read, and type Mandarin fluently to help me locate reliable textile and clothing suppliers. Your main focus will be product sourcing; I will take care of price negotiations and production follow-up once we have a shortlist.
Here is what I expect from you:
• Research and identify factories or trading companies that specialise in the exact fabrics and garment categories I will specify once we start.
• Confirm each supplier’s minimum order quantity, lead time, basic pricing range, and export experience.
• Compile a concise report that includes full contact details (name, phone, WeChat/QQ, email), product lines, and any relevant certification they hold.
I already have technical packs and target pricing ready, so you will be able to use that information during your outreach. Strong communication skills in Mandarin are essential because most of the initial conversations will happen via phone or WeChat. Familiarity with Alibaba, 1688, and local textile markets such as Shaoxing or Guangzhou Fabric Market is a big plus, but I am open to your preferred sourcing channels as long as they deliver results.
Once I review your supplier list, I will choose who to pursue for quotations and sampling. If our collaboration goes smoothly, there will be ongoing work for future collections.
