Project Description:
We are looking to hire a reliable and experienced local sourcing agent based in China to help us identify and connect with authentic manufacturers, distributors, and wholesale suppliers of fashion and branded products (clothing, accessories, footwear, bags, etc.).
This is a long-term project with the potential for attractive incentives and consistent collaboration for the right candidate. We are seeking serious, motivated individuals who understand the Chinese market, speak fluent Mandarin and English, and have experience in product sourcing, quality inspection, price negotiation, and shipment coordination.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify trusted fashion and branded product suppliers in China.
Communicate with factories, obtain quotations, and handle sample arrangements.
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and timelines.
Oversee quality control and packaging before shipment.
Coordinate with our India-based team for smooth export operations.
Ideal Candidate:
Located in or near major sourcing hubs (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Yiwu, Hangzhou, etc.).
Strong knowledge of local wholesale and brand markets.
Honest, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication.
Prior experience with international clients (especially in fashion or lifestyle sectors).
