Social Media Manager
Budget: $2 – $8 USD

We run an online modeling and talent agency, and you will be managing social media accounts for some of our models as well as interacting with customers. We plan on ramping this up once we have the right people/systems in place (starting with you). Your job will be to stick to a twice daily posting schedule, manage content, and engage with potential customers online.
Other administrative tasks and more hours will be given once earned.
The social media posting and management should be able to be done in part-time hours… once you learn everything and start to perform, we will give additional tasks and will eventually become a full, 40 hour a week position.
Ideal candidate:
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant or social media manager
• Understanding of social media sites like Reddit and Tumblr
• Able to learn quickly. You’ll be expected to learn the general idea of our system, as well as common problems that occur within a week or two
• Proficiency in English with little to no accent. You will be working on the phone with myself and a team, we need to be able to speak to and hear you clearly.
Must haves (DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions (this will be tested)
• Desire to help your clients
• Ability to convert excitement over the phone/keyboard
• Good listener/reader
• Your own computer with at least 60 mbps internet access
• Basic office skills - Microsoft excel, Internet, email etc. all other tasks can be taught
• Ability to be at a computer (with internet) from 8 PM to 5 AM US central time Monday through Friday
• Once marketing skills are mastered, you will be given more administrative tasks to do during regular business hours, so must be able to work Monday through Friday 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM US central time once switched over to full-time hours
