* Observe students and share your observations with the Lead Guides.
*Implement feedback provided by Lead Guides, your Head of School and your regional Montessori Mentor.

Qualifications:
* Native Mandarin speaker
* Native Cantonese speaker
* Growth mindset and problem-solving approach
