The contract period of our company is 7 months. If after 7 months an Employee were interested to extend the contract with our company then our company most welcome you and can be grant you paid leave of 15 days with a return ticket.
If someone wants to leave a company before 7 months and violates the contract without some special case then he has to pay the basic damages and compensation to the company in that case.
If in the case of any serious violation of company rules Employee wants to leave the company then the company has the authority to charge as much as possible.
If the Employee don't want to extend the contract then at least 15 days before he has to submit his resignation to the company.
The compensation fee is 10000RMB
Accommodation will be provided by the company.
The Dormitory will have a maximum 6 to 8 people in a room .
The room contains all basic facilities including Air conditioner , Hot water , Cold water , washing Machine, toiletries and other basic facilities in the room will be provided by the company. If employee get promotion he can have a special room with only one roommate.
Our new building is under construction so we will update it soon then the company will relax the number of employees in each room.
We should be moving to the new building in the second week of December

.The company provides food 4 times a day。
.The company will provide you a card you have to swap that card and then you can eat.
. The company provide two meats and 4 vegetables in every meal including fruits twice in a week .
. The company have a separate section for Muslim halal food.
