English to Japanese translation review

We have a 3400word long document that was translated from English to Japanese. It is a transcript of a company meeting held virtually. We transcribed the video into English text. And this is the text that is going to be translated. The translation will then be ported into the video as captions. Basically, there's space limitation on the screen, so the transcript is broken down into shorter sentences. This way, we can make sure the translation will fit on the screen. Please make sure we follow the spacing guidelines in the English transcript. The best approach is to make sure the translation follows a similar spacing approach.
